Souham El Harati is a Partner and the Manager of the Abdel Rahman Al Barrak and Partners Law Firm. He has been practicing law in Kuwait for more than 30 years, advising foreign and local clients on business, corporate, banking, telecommunications, hospitality fields, Offset, Oil and Gas, BOT arrangements, construction, real estate development and taxation.
Souham is a member of the Beirut Bar (1973) and of the French (Paris) Bar (1993), with 3 years practice in Paris with the law firm of Rogers & Wells, later acquired by Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel (the other offices merged with Clifford Chance). He has developed particular expertise in advising on the application of Civil and Commercial law concepts and principles to transactions partly or totally implemented in Kuwait.
His clients include government owned companies, major and international construction companies, and international telecommunications companies, Asset Management Companies, Major Real Estate Developers, Banks and Financial Institutions in the Middle East.
Revised and drafted the new Counter Trade Offset Guidelines of Kuwait.

Advising Foreign Oil Companies in respect of Oil & Gas transactions & operations in Kuwait.
